Per ticket package is suitable for all size of web hosting companies, in per ticket support we provide level 1 and level 2 web hosting support. The team is very well experienced with web hosting industry and capable to handle all sorts of tickets that come on your support help desk.

Help desk tickets are purchased on a monthly basis and do not rollover to the next month. One complete ticket is defined as at least one response from Outsource Hosting Support team, a ticket can have as many replies as required to resolve the issue and still counts as one complete ticket.
