With per server package you get uninterrupted web hosting support for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you are served by experienced level 1 and level 2 web hosting support technicians. Your clients receive a live human response within 10 minutes; with a 1 hour guaranteed resolution time for Level-1 support issues and 6 hour time for Level-2 issues.

We have kept this package dependent on number of domains that you have on your web hosting server, as suitable for any size of web hosting company. Unlimited help desk tickets is a key feature in per server support package, billing and sales related queries are escalated to the appropriate department as they are the best to handle them. We do communicate with your web server provider i.e.; the data center and online support staff proactively to get the server rebooted if required, as we do server monitoring for your server from our support operation center.

0 to 500 domains $250 per month

Domain is defined as a hosting account created on the web server, this excludes addon domains and parked domains on the web hosting shared, reseller or dedicated server whichever you have. We will use your web based support help desk to serve your customers, as you have access to the help desk you can monitor our ticket responses with ease. In this way we stay transparent for your customers.

If you need live chat support for your customers with this package it will cost you extra $0.50 per domainin which we provide unlimited live chat. (Minimum 100 domains per server)
